Community partners and advocates gathered together during the 2025 LiveWell Shawnee County Annual Action Summit. Each year our coalition hosts this event to celebrate the hard work that took place over the last twelve months and discuss future initiatives taking place all across our community.

Ross Elementary recently added a new traffic garden to their school, where students can learn the rules of the road in a safe and controlled environment!

For the first time in many years, six of the area's larger-capacity pantries gathered to discuss assets and gaps across the food security landscape of Shawnee County. Pantries county-wide work tirelessly to feed those needing food assistance.

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas announces it has selected the LiveWell Shawnee County coalition for its third phase of the Pathways to a Healthy Kansas initiative!
