LiveWell Shawnee County and the Mental Health Collaborative Impact Team are building an online resource to help community members connect with a mental health provider easily through an organized searchable database.
To have yourself or your practice listed within the database just provide us your information and some details about your practice by completing our online form.

What is Shawnee Care Connect?
Shawnee Care Connect is an online tool for our community to search for and connect with mental and behavioral health specialists in our area.
What makes this tool different?
Shawnee Care Connect helps sort and categorize providers based upon parameters such as availability, speciality and location. It makes it easier for community members to find a therapist that’s right for them.
Who manages the tool?
Currently the tool is managed by the LiveWell Shawnee County Mental Health Impact Team, which is a coalition of local organizations that focus on mental and behavioral health.
Is there any cost associated with the Therapist Finder?
No, there is no cost to providers for the tool.
What if I need to update or remove my listing?
You can create, update, and remove your listing all on your own directly from the site. If you need support navigating the site please contact us here.
Can anyone sign up to be part of the database?
Anyone is welcome to be part of the Shawnee Care Connect database, however all entries are manually reviewed for accuracy before being listed. If a submission is not appropriate for the database it may not be included in the database.
